Main Duties

Develops and implements HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall

business strategy.

 Bridges management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances

and other issues.

 Supports current and future business needs through the development,

engagement and motivation of human capital.

 Develops and monitors overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures

across the organization.

 Oversees and manages the performance appraisal system that drives a high

performance culture.

 Assesses training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

 Reports to management and provides decision support through HR metrics.

 Ensures legal compliance throughout human resource management.

 Manages the staffing processes, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.

 Ensures job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and

statutory regulations.

 Develop training materials and performance management programs to help

ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.

 Creates and maintains a compensation and benefits strategy for all employees

based on market research and pay surveys.

 Investigates employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.

Qualifications & Experience

 A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Psychology or any

other related area.

 A minimum of 3 years’ working experience.

 Effective verbal and written communication skills.

 Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork
