A financial institution headquartered in Harare has an opportunity for a young, smart, versatile and energetic HR professional.

Position Purpose:

To support the Head of HR in developing and implementing an HR Strategy and Plan, including transformational elements, based on a solid understanding of business objectives and processes.

The HR Business Partner will work closely with and provide support to line managers and align HR Interventions, including Organisation Development, L & D, Talent Management, Performance Management and Employee Engagement, with Business Objectives. 

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate must be below 30 yrs of age; hold at least a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Business Studies or similar and a Diploma in HR/Training/Organisation Development, coupled with at least 5 yrs of experience in Human Resources Management. An Advanced Degree will be a distinct advantage. They must have practical knowledge of HR processes including HR Metrics and Employee Surveys and an ability to manage and deliver on multiple tasks and deadlines across multiple locations. They must also be articulate, computer literate, numerate, analytical and possess the ability to advise line management and provide a systematic review of processes and practice and develop logical implementation plans which secure buy-in of key stakeholders.
