Description :
A farm is looking for candidates with a degree and or diploma in Horticulture to manage its 40 hectare Mango orchard located in Chegutu.
- Preferably someone with a good knowledge of orchard management... and irrigation.
- Experience ideally someone with 5 years experience in the same field and or a minimum of at least 3 years.
Responsibilities will include;
✓filling gaps in the orchid that have developed over time.
✓Installation of drip and or a suitable irrigation system in orchid
✓General maintenance of the orchid
✓Good understanding of horticulture and ability to work on other smaller projects on the farm
✓The candidate must be prepared to stay on the farm where accommodation is available.
✓A driver's license is an added advantage.
