Job Purpose


Sasai is looking for a competent Head Digital Products & Services responsible for leading the business in research for new products, product enhancements and product redesign. The successful candidate will evaluate the potential and practicality of products in development, relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish set KPIs.

Qualifications and Experience• A degree in Business, Computer Science, Technical or equivalent will be required

• A Professional qualification in related field is an added advantage.

• A minimum of 4 - 6 years of experience in the tech / information technology industry

• Experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, Project Management, Systems Design or Software engineering experience

Key Result Areas• Leads the business’s Product Development efforts.

• Identifies new market and channel opportunities, and manage new product launches, through effective delivery of projects.

• Develops a deep understanding of the market including competitors, customer requirements, developments and innovations, and new market entrants to collate and define new product concepts effectively.

• Selects correct design concepts and fundamental technology used for new products or improvement for existing ones.

• Oversees key projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis.

• Guide and approve product development value proposition for identified market segments.

• Build strong working relationships with both key internal and external stakeholders including leadership in the Products space.

• Lead, manage and permit the creation, acquisition, and development of business partnerships to grow Products portfolio.

• Manages all Participates & tracks all partner & stakeholder contracts and SLA’s for the business.

• Conducts iterative reviews of services / vendors and SLA’s; commercial terms and negotiation.
