Applications are invited from competent suitably qualified persons to fill in the position based in
Harare.
Check in and check out of guests
Ensuring outstanding customer care at all times.
Maintains a friendly, professional, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times.
Accurately answers inquiries from potential guests and accepts guest house reservations.
Consistently resolves guest problems and complaints in an efficient manner while
demonstrating a sense of urgency.
Billing & receipting all financial transactions.
Responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information
and guest concerns in a timely fashion.
Advertising company products and services on social media platforms.
Perform daily Housekeeping duties.
Any Other Assigned duties.
Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality
Certificate in Front Office or any other related courses.
