Major responsibilities Job Title: Group Credit Controller Location: TBA Department section: Finance 1. Creating procedures and policies that ensure timely payments while maintaining a high level of customer retention. 2. Reconciling complex accounts that have been escalated from the group. 3. Monitoring Debtor Balances to ensure a reduction in debtors. 4. Ensuring credit and collection policies & procedures are followed within the payables team. 5. Liaising with customers as well as internal personnel including the sales team. SECTION (3) REQUIREMENTS  A Bachelor’s Degree Minimum in finance or business related field of Study.  At least 36 months’ experience working within an accounts receivable and / or credit control environment.  Strong Analytical Skills.  Good business acumen for problem solving.  Competency with large ERP systems  Confidence to deal with a range of stakeholders  Demonstrable knowledge of work processes  Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise a demanding workload.  Sound people management skills
