2. Managing the operations, its finances and people
3. Must have a mix of business management, marketing and administration competencies, an excellent appreciation of business processes
4. Managing a profit and loss operation
Requirements
1. Must have experience and knowledge of setting up a start up
2. A Relevant business degree
3. Experience managing insurance / funeral services
4. At least 12 years working experience, 5 of them at senior managerial level
