General Farm Manager (Flowers)
Our client is a large-scale flower farm based in Nyanga that exports cuttings and seeds to the European market. They are looking for a General Farm Manager to oversee the operation.
- Export 25 million cuttings per year.
- Farm has 400 employees on the ground over 2 large sites.
- Employee will be overseeing financial admin for the enterprise.
- Oversee logistics of the exporting of cut flowers.
- Oversee employees.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasts for the year.
Requirements
- Degree in Agriculture or similar.
- Background in Financial Accounting or Engineering advantageous
- Horticulture experience non-negotiable.
- Experience with flowers largely advantageous.
- Proven experience running large-scale enterprises non-negotiable
