Claremont Business School offers tuition in international professional courses ACCA,CIMA & CIPS. We are opening a new branch in Bulawayo and we seek the services of a Front Office Clerk(Marketing & Administration).The incumbent's duties includes the following: • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming and directing them as appropriate. • Attending to all inquiries relating to business services and liaising with Head Office on issues that require central processing. • Maintaining a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. • Registering students with the relevant board and booking students for exams. • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing. • Arranging travel and accommodation for local and head office staff as and when required. • Carrying out market research and presenting findings, briefing papers, reports and presentations. • Performing all marketing and public relations tasks as guided by the directorate. • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff. Requirements: At least a degree in Marketing,Office Management or Administration.A Secretarial Diploma ,part ACCA or Part CIMA can also be considered. The incumbent must speak Excellent Ndebele and Good Shona. This requirement is mandatory. Those already resident in Bulawayo will be preferred.The successful candidate is expected to commence work on 16 December 2019.
