Food and Beverage Manager Main responsibilities Supervises food and beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies and procedures. Ensures proper food presentation and proper food-handling procedures. Updates daily restaurant opening and closing checklists and adheres to the laid down standard procedures. Checks the restaurant and bar stocks balances on a regular basis and ensure that they are replenished as appropriate. Listens and responds /acts on guests’ complaints and feedback. Ensures that team members observe and fully comply with health and safety rules, policies and procedures. Maintains records of work attendance and hours worked by each team member. Plans and assigns each day’s work activities to the team members. Establishes performance targets for team members and regularly monitors progress towards achieving them. Trains, coaches, mentors and develops team members to improve work performance and job skills. Production of periodical reports. Performs reasonably related additional duties as assigned by the supervisor and top management from time to time. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Hotel and Hospitality Management or related qualification Experience Proficiency in Point of sale ( POS ) software, inventory management At least 3 years’ experience in similar role Deadline for applications is 16 December 2019
