 Managing and developing subordinates.

 Maintaining and developing sound internal control environment.

THE PERSON

The ideal candidate should have the following minimum qualifications and attributes:

 Chartered Accountant – CA (Z) or equivalent; MBA or MBL will be added advantage.

 Must possess the leadership, management and communication skills in order to interact effectively at all levels.

 4-6 years’ experience, 3 of which must have been at Managerial level.

 Must have solid /sound knowledge of business.

 Must possess high conceptual skills as well as innovative, analytical and enquiring mind.

 Must possess fundamental business acumen.

 Must be self driven.
