Vacancy: Farm Supervisor

Applications are invited from suitably qualified individuals to fill the position of a farm supervisor on a plot in Chiveso, Musana, Bindura area 

Key requirements:

• Reporting to the Owners.

• Cooperate with farm production manager (one of the owners) and assist in farm program implementation as required from time to time. 

• Daily supervision of all activities in the livestock - currently we only have poultry but looking to expand to other livestock 

• Responsible for all agronomic and or horticultural practices in the crop section. 

• Daily supervision and duty assignment in a patient and respectful manner.

• Responsible for infrastructure and equipment maintenance.

• Planning and implementation of work schedules.

• Responsibly carry out record keeping tasks related to farm business. Be able to market the farm produce 

• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein. 

Qualifications

• Experience is important - especially experience in working independently in this environment 

• Recent graduate with a Diploma in Agriculture.
