JHWO is a local National NGO that envisions a harm and disease free society. The organisation implements multiple interventions across the country under the four strategic pillars, namely: Health; OVC, Adolescent & Youth; Economic Strengthening and Monitoring Evaluation Accountability Research and Learning. It is against the mandate of the fourth strategic pillar that the organisation wants to conduct a survey in 10 districts under the guidance of a consultant. The survey will collect information to measure the impact of Zimbabwe’s TB response efforts. Purpose of the assignment


Data Collectors will be responsible for collecting qualitative data in all targeted communities for 10 working days and will work under the direct supervision of the consultant. Study and understand all instructions given in the enumerator's guide and provided through the Enumerator training. Fieldwork shall happen for at least 10 days and shall be guided by COVID-19 Regulations and research ethics.


Essential qualifications and experience


A social science degree or equivalent. Computer literate. Ability to communicate formally in the indigenous language in the respective districts of operation. Demonstration of past research assistant work experience is a must.


Skills and traits


Able to remain impartial and maintain confidence; Able to elicit information without leading the interviewee; Good report writing skills; Able to pay particular attention to detail
