The Director Public-Private Dialogue will support activities to build private sector and civil society capacity to contribute to an informed dialogue on taxation and ensure that public input informs decision-making on the mobilization and use of public resources. The advisor will also support both media and parliamentary outreach strategies to improve stakeholder skills to analyze and report on fiscal issues. This is anticipated to be a full-time position based in Lusaka.

Qualifications:

§ Bachelor’s degree or higher in public administration, economics, business, law, social sciences, or a related field;

§ Minimum of eight (8) years of working experience in a senior supervisory role related to public financial management and capacity building of civil society and the private sector;

§ Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate activities across donor-funded programs and institutions

§ Proven experience navigating complex and high-pressure operating environments;

§ Proficiency in written and spoken English is required;
