The University seeks to recruit applicants with requisite qualifications, skills and experience for the above mentioned posts in the Department of Sports Science & Coaching in the Faculty of Applied Science
Applicants should be holders of an Undergraduate Degree in Sport Science and Coaching or equivalent with at least two recognised elite Level One coaching certificates in the following sport disciplines:
I) Soccer
II) Basketball
III) Tennis
IV) Swimming
V) Athletics
VI) Gymnastics.
Sports participation at national or international level in the discipline will be an added advantage.
The successful candidates will be expected to develop training and coaching videos that will be used in instructing undergraduate students who opt for the speciality modules.\
Candidate must be very conversant with online learning and teaching, analysis of the sport and be able to design training methodology, training programme and coaching of the sport.
