Duties and Responsibilities

Generating required reports.
System and Events checks.
Liaison with stakeholders.
Inputting information and event timelines.
Qualifications and Experience
Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Contact/Call Centre Management.
Minimum 3 years in a customer service environment.
Conversant and good with report writing.
Energetic and excellent customer service.
