Project: USAID funded Takunda Resilience Food Security Activity (RFSA) Project in Manicaland (Mutare and Buhera districts) and Masvingo (Chivi and Zaka districts)
Takunda is a USAID funded program implemented by CARE International in Zimbabwe, to increase on-farm and off-farm incomes, improve nutrition, and work with women, men, girls and boys to build resilience to shocks and stressors. The program will reach out to participants through training and support for sustainable, equitable, and resilient Food, Nutrition and income security in Masvingo and Manicaland provinces.
CARE International seeks to appoint a qualified and experienced service provider for the inspection of USAID/Title II commodities (bulk, bulk with bags, break-bulk and containerized) that will be discharged, dispatched from Durban and offloaded in Mutare and Masvingo in Zimbabwe. The contractor will provide CARE with cargo discharge, dispatch and receipt survey reports pursuit of cargo loss and damage claims against ocean carriers.
