The Legal Resources Foundation is seeking the services of a consultant to conduct a Board Evaluation exercise focusing on the following: Develop board evaluation tools in consultation with the Nominating and Governance Committee; Carry out the board evaluation exercise; Produce a draft report on the findings and recommendations of the exercise; Present findings and recommendations to the board; Produce final report incorporating feedback from board members.
Profile
An in-depth understanding of Corporate Governance; Demonstrable experience in conducting Board Evaluations.
