Continuously monitors market demand and supply for your required products.
Negotiates with supplier or manufacturer to get the product with the best price.
Prepares procurement contracts with the supplier as per future demand.
Communicates with Sales or Production manager about their requirements.
Submits procurement reports to the top management of an organization.
Develops a good supply chain for cost effective product procurement.
Analyzes each and every buying opportunity available for particular products.
Places purchase orders to the seller of a particular products and/or services.
Estimates future buying needs of the company.
Follows up buying process and updates the buying status of the purchased
Collects sample products and analyzes them in terms of price, quality, and
availability for different suppliers.
Develops and maintains a buying database where records of all products and
services are kept.
Checks and verifies all the required specifications of purchased products.
Supports and communicates any supply problems which may impact on business
Qualifications & Experience
A Bachelor’s Degree in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management, Logistics or any related
A minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience.
Adequate Product Knowledge.
Proper Understanding of Market and Analytical ability.
Good Communication Skills.
