The main purpose of this job is to provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer, as well as maintain and grow current and new business relationships/partnerships in alignment with contracted growth and profitability targets. Responsibilities ● Conduct environmental scan and competitor analysis as part of market research to come up with the best strategic initiatives for identifying prospects. ● Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers ● Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships ● Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction ● Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled timelines. ● Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments ● Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports ● Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends ● Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory Requirements ● Degree in Marketing or Finance. ● More than 3 years of work experience in sales ● Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint. ● Ability to network and build productive business professional relationships ● Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales ● Excellent selling, negotiation skills, and presentation skills ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Relationship management skills ● Team player
