Administration Manager for C.P.H Zimbabwe


(1) A vacancy has arisen in the Administrative Department of Craft Properties Pvt Ltd. We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator. The candidate will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The tasks of the administrator will include bookkeeping and mentoring office assistants. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing cooperation, coordination, goal achievement and working with little supervision. Candidate should be self-motivated, willing, driven and trustworthy. Primary Objective of the post: To oversee, that the overall company departments are in tandem with organisational goals and achievements through self-determination, teamwork, hard work and timely rendition of tasks. Also, is the need to oversee and attend to potent responsibilities and functions in the absence of the Managing Director.


Duties


 To devise and present an administration procedures manual.

 To oversee the smooth running of each individual department on a working day basis.

 To produce monthly reports as feedback based on organisational activities progress.

 Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

 Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure excellent performance.

 Support budgeting and bookkeeping/accounting procedures.

 Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.

 Submit other timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.

 Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

 Authorise travel arrangements/appointments, correspondence, procurement of stock office supplies and orders, and important organisational functions where necessary. Requirements

 Degree/Masters’ Degree in Business Administration/Management.

 At least 5 years relevant working experience.

 Strong computer skills Ms Office (Excel, Access, Power Point & Word).

 Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality & integrity.

 Good at human capital resourcing, change management & organization design.

 Excellent and unquestionable employee and client relations.

 Goal oriented, committed and hard working.

 Also skilled in personnel management and ability to structure, multi task and manage complex tasks.
