Position summary
The primary objective of this internship is to give undergraduates experience in the practical aspects of their respective areas of study.
Key responsibilities
The incumbent will be receipting incoming cash and processing petty cash;
Carrying out the whole procurement process from requisition, inquiry, canvass, order, goods receipt and payment;
Assets management from receiving, logging and reporting; Stores function covering receiving of goods, recording, issuing and reporting.
Entry qualifications
Currently Studying towards a Higher National Diploma/First degree in Business Administration/ Supply Chain Management or Equivalent qualification;
Ability to interpret and work in accordance with laid down procedures;
Strong computer skills in a Microsoft Windows/Office environment;
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
