Duties And Responsibilities
Posting transactions in Quickbooks
Reconciling and updating cashbooks, debtor and creditor accounts
Following up customer payments and statements
Asset register maintenance
Maintaining Stock reorder levels
Maintaining accurate inventory reports
Preparing daily reports
Preparing management accounts
Preparing financial statements
Other accounting related tasks
Qualifications And Experience
Degree in Accounts or ACCA
At least 2 years of experience in similar industries
Knowledge of quickbooks added advantage
