Description :

Our client, a health and wellness centre is looking for an individual who can manage multiple priorities, is analytical, meets deadlines, has a passion for numbers, pays attention to detail and is committed to maintaining confidentiality to fill the role of Accountant.


The successful candidate will report to the Practice Manager.


The Job Involves:


• Monitoring income and expenditure.

• Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries, and financial statements.

• Analysing financial information and business plans.

• Providing tax planning services with reference to current legislation.

• Financial forecasting and risk analysis.

• Evaluating financial operations to recommend best practices, identify issues, strategize solutions, and help the organization run efficiently.

• Offer guidance on cost reduction, revenue enhancement and profit maximization.

• Implementing robust accounting systems for accountability and transparency.

• Advising on meeting targets and creating investment capital.

• Supervision of Accounts staff and assignment of duties.

• Supervision over IT systems for billing and accounts receivable

• Preparation of cash books and reconciliations.

• Compiling and presenting financial reports for management and board meetings.

• Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations.


Qualifications:


• A Degree in Accountancy.

• At least 8 years’ experience.
