Our client, in the IT industry is looking for young dynamic Account Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for profit growth, customer satisfaction and the achievement of sales targets and goals in allocated market areas.
Key Responsibilities and Attributes
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals of new product sales, cross selling, and retention of current customers.
- Develop and manage customer relationships and serve as a resource to customers and potential customers on all the company’s product.
- Respond to customer needs and build strong customer relationships.
- Lead by example by demonstrating a positive proactive, ‘can do’ attitude.
- At least a diploma/degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Management or similar.
- 5 years’ experience working in a sales environment.
- Good business acumen.
- Valid driver’s licence and a good driving record essential.
- Self-awareness and confidence.
- Must be flexible in nature and a highly motivated self-starter.
- Outstanding presentation, written, verbal and closing skills.
