  • Anti-virus software
  • Best business practice
  • Good Customer service

A High Level Of Proficiency In

  • Responsible team player who is capable of working on their own initiative and can make a fresh and positive contribution to the Service Desk Team
  • IT Engineer work across 1st line to 2nd line
  • Best business practice
  • Good Customer service
  • Networks, Win & Mac user support
