Description :

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill in the new position of Procurement Clerk that
has arisen in our organisation.

Reporting to the Procurement Administrator, the successful candidate among other duties will be responsible for the following:-

Duties and Responsibilities
 Compiling Purchase Orders
 Sourcing quotations in respect of requested items
 Batching of procurement documents
 Following up on part orders
 Updating suppliers information
 Responding to customer and supplier inquiries about order status and changes
 Filing
 Performing any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor

Qualifications and Experience

 A Degree in Purchasing and Supply
 Studying towards a professional qualification such as CIPS an added advantage
 At least two years relevant experience
 Knowledge of Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ) procedures and regulations.
 ICT skills and ability to use computerised procurement packages a must
