A consultancy is looking for a Legal and administration Assistant in the office of the Commercial DIRECTOR


Job Responsibilities

  • Producing and completing legal and policy documentation and forms such as contracts,corporate authorisations.First drafts of standard agreements
  • Filing and Archiving documentation
  • Liaising with internal and external clients on legal matters such as legal due diligence and execution modalities
  • Preparing and amending power point presentations

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

  • Ability to format large documents
  • Familiarity with legal terms,jargon and the practice of law
  • Good organizational skills,proactive and flexible attitude to work essential
  • Ability to use initiative to undertake tasks and projects without guidance
  • Attention to detail and eye accuracy
