We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our professional and fully funded Financial Planning programme as entry-level Financial Planning Trainees (BDA's) for our Harare office.

What to Expect?

In your first year, you will embark on a comprehensive journey within our Harare office, gaining valuable experience and knowledge in financial planning working alongside a senior financial advisor. You will learn about the client journey, report writing, various types of analysis, and how to effectively utilise our tools and processes. Throughout the program, our Learning and Development team will provide additional training programs to further enhance your skills. After completing your first year, you will have the opportunity to specialise your development toward becoming a Financial Planner. We will support you in pursuing any additional exams while offering ongoing development to advance your career.
