-Handling both Inbound and Outbound contacts effectively.
-Evaluating client challenges and providing logical and lasting solutions.
-Delivering courteous and professional support to customers on our digital platforms.
-Participating in Outbound sales and Client Experience campaigns as assigned.
-Representing the Group at exhibitions/events to generate sales opportunities.
-A minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing, Contact Centre, or Customer Service environments.
-A degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or an equivalent field.
-Possession of professional qualifications such as CIM/IMM will be considered an added advantage.
-Proficient in computer literacy with familiarity with the Group's products.
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to relate to individuals at all levels.
