Duties and Responsibilities

-Vetting proposals from field managers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
-Handling calls, assisting agents, and attending to walk-in clients.
-Taking minutes for all management and monthly branch meetings.
-Preparing official correspondence from the office to Head office or other departments.
-Recording and dispatching all office mail efficiently.
-Ensuring full accountability for funds released to branch staff.
-Collecting bills, processing fund requests, and ensuring timely payments.
-Consolidating agents' queries and submitting them to the agency administration.
-Creating a logbook of all business received, vetted, and accepted from agents.

Qualifications and Experience

-A bachelor’s degree in Finance or any Insurance-related field.
-An Insurance diploma is an added advantage.
-Traceable one-year experience in the insurance sector.
-Proficiency in advanced Excel and MS Word skills.
-Strong interpersonal skills: a forthright communicator capable of building and maintaining enthusiasm.
-Results-driven; highly focused on accountability.
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Highly organized and efficient worker; skilled at multitasking with the ability to perform well with minimal supervision.
