As a student on attachment in the Marketing department at Old Mutual, your role is pivotal in providing administrative support to marketing processes and events.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assisting with the distribution of marketing material. Planning, coordinating, and organizing marketing events. Maintaining and reinforcing interpersonal relationships with both internal and external clients. Handling administrative tasks, including expense reports and purchasing system management. Making travel arrangements. Checking and updating equipment inventory. Planning, coordinating, and organizing presentations, including managing invites and RSVPs.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Bachelor of Commerce in Business Studies with a focus on Business Management or a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) in Marketing is required.
