Duties and Responsibilities

-Provide typing, photocopying, filling and other secretarial support needs for the School.
-Stationary inventory control for the School.
– Receipting of cash received in receipt books.
– Maintaining of fees payment register manual and computerized.
-Maintaining books of accounts.


Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills

-Certificate/Diploma in Accounting, or Finance
-Good typing skills and speed.
-Knowledge and experience in computer especially Microsoft word, Excel and Spreadsheet.
-knowledge of database management.
