Sales Representative - Car Rental

Duties and Responsibilities

-Plan and organize personal selling activities to secure new business.
-Complete the agreed number of prospecting calls and customer visits, encouraging customers to experience the brand and surpass agreed targets.
-Demonstrate Croco Customer First Behaviors in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
-Maximize sales opportunities for the full range of services and products.
-Maintain regular contact with customers to keep them fully informed throughout the sale, pre- and post-delivery.
-Participate in planning sales and marketing campaigns and promotions.
-Maintain a professional manner and high standards of personal presentation consistently.
-Handle customer complaints with professionalism and confidence.
-Assist customers in choosing a vehicle based on their needs, considering price and mileage allowance.
-Provide accurate information and up-sell additional products and services to meet customer rental needs.
-Inspect vehicles before rental and document any existing damage.
-Complete rental contracts and paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
