Undertaking site assignments as may be instructed by the Quantity Surveyor.
Degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
2-3Years work experience.

Relevant Qualifications.
Project Accountant
Qualifications and Experience
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or similar business degree.
Minimum 2 years prior experience working as an accountant or bookkeeper.
Experience in the construction industry preferred.
Proficient in data entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable and vendor payments.
Strong communication skills.
Key competencies are Communication, teamwork, initiative, and dependability.
Building Surveyor
Qualifications and Experience
Shall be proficient in the use of levelling equipment such as theodolites, Dumpy levels, total station and traditional methods of levelling.
Shall have Five (05) years’ experience in Building surveying and Reporting.
Building/ Wetworks Supervisor (Foreman)
Qualifications and Experience
Shall have 10 years work experience in Construction.
Trade qualification/Certificate an added advantage.
Valid Driving License.
Concrete Works Supervisors (Foremen x2)
Qualifications and Experience
10 Years work experience in construction.
Trade qualification/Certificate an added advantage.
Valid Driving License.
Project Quality Controller(QC)
Qualifications and Experience
Must have a Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Architecture or Quantity Surveying
Must be computer literate conversant with Document control Systems and Engineering reporting software.
Assistant Site Engineers x2
Qualifications and Experience
Must have 2-3 years’ work experience in Construction
Must have a Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
Must be computer literate conversant with Document control Systems and Engineering reporting software.
SHEQ Officer
Qualifications and Experience
Degree/Diploma in technical field
Five (05) years’ work experience.
Experience in Project safety Responsibility.
Post Graduate Qualification in Occupation health, safety & health, Environmental health and added advantage.
Quantity Surveyor
Qualifications and Experience
- Five (05) work experience in Quantity Surveying, experience of having worked with Main contractor on Bulk Civil & infrastructure Projects to be demonstrated.
- Member of the relevant Professional Body.
- Valid Driver’s License.
