When it comes to The Fergusons, there is no middle ground with them, people either loathe them deeply or love them madly.

Actress Zenande Mfenyana is on the love them madly team, for the Fergusons.

The actress has had a good working experience with the Fergusons on their Mzansi Magic show The Queen.

Zenande, who plays Goodness Mabuza on The Queen took to showering her boss Connie Ferguson with praises,writing

 The wealth of wisdom and knowledge you exude and lovingly give to those who care to listen. Thank you for not being selfish and for giving time for little old me you are highly appreciated, now book, or kanjani Connie Ferguson”,

Zenande Mfenyana Praises

She was also among the few actresses who defended the Fergusons when they were being attacked left and right for their executive decisions on The Queen, which saw some actors being fired unceremoniously.

“Don’t for one second assume I will entertain people badmouthing my bosses, so if you have something negative to say about them, don’t bring it in my mentions please. Let’s respect each other. Hands off the Fergusons,” she wrote at one point.

Zenande had taken a  maternity break from The Queen, and she came back to her job, so that must have inspired more confidence in her bosses.

Other actors who have heavily criticized The Fergusons and the way they run things include, Dineo Langa, who was fired under questionable circumstances, Vatiswa Ndara, and Rami Chuene.

The Fergusons have responded to past accusations saying they don’t fire people but their contracts and storylines just run out.
