Livestock Manager

Key Skills:

Professional Guide

Qualifications :

  • Valid full Professional Guides/Hunters license.
  • Valid Launch Masters Certificate (class 2).
  • Valid advanced First Aid Certificate, from a reputable facility.
  • Valid Advanced Rifle Handling certificate.
  • Valid Zimbabwean Driver’s license, class 2&4 with valid defensive and medical Certificate or Endorsement.
  • Possess Zimbabwe Coxswains Licence or be prepared to attain this, of your own accord.
  • Must own a rifle in good working order that is licensed and up to date, in accordance with National Parks regulations, pertaining to “minimum calibre requirements”. Must own good quality Binoculars.
  • Basic Firefighting skills.
  • 4×4 Driving skills.
  • Good knowledge of photography, astronomy, botany, birding and tracking is an advantage.
  • Computer literacy and reporting skills.

Must have Zimbabwean Citizenship.

Information Technology Help Desk Administrator


  • Monitoring Windows Server.
  • Pre-scripting agent deployments to endpoints
  • Identifying, documenting, and recommending hardware updates based on performance data
  • Troubleshooting and remediating various agent and process job failures
  • Responding to Tier 1 ticket escalations and handling call overflow .


  • Knowledge of Azure Active directory

Financial Accountant


  • Prepares monthly Flash Accounts, Management Accounts and Year-End Accounts
  • Prepares Monthly and Annual Budget preparation
  • Maintains Monthly Trial Balance
  • Prepares weekly cash flow statements and assists in managing expenditures and cash flows.
  • Reconciles Control Accounts, i.e., Debtors, Creditors, Stocks, Banks etc. against General Ledger
  • Prepare audit files and liaise with both internal and external auditors throughout the year
  • Maintains and updates the Fixed Asset Register
  • Determines month-end accrual and prepayment requirements
  • Remits all Statutory payments timeously
  • Reviews salaries and wages Journals
  • Reviews Journals and Credit Notes passed in both Debtors and Creditors
  • Reviews Bank Reconciliations for all Banks
  • Stock Ledger Maintenance, supervising stock takes and carrying out stock Valuations.
  • Reviews Debtors and Creditors Reconciliations – ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Reviewing Debtor’s balances in accordance with the Credit Terms
  • Reviewing Daily Cash Receipts and Banking
  • Assist the Finance Manager to design, implement and manage accounting and other financial internal controls that support effective decisions and safeguard the entity’s resources.
  • Adhere to all Safety, Health and Environmental regulations
