Minimum Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited, top-tier law school.

• Minimum of 10 years of work experience with law within a mining entity.

• Proficient legal experience in fund investments, venture capital financing and M&A.

Requirements

  • Qualification in Supply Chain Management or Similar
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in construction equipment and heavy plant spares parts with extensive industry and spare parts knowledge.
  • Ability to understand the spare parts business including commercials, technical, administration, operations, and finance.
