Plan International in Nairobi is looking for candidates to take part in the internship program which is currently open. The internship program will run for a maximum period of 12 months, effective 1st November 2022. The intern will be based in the Nairobi office.

Requirement: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
The Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be a Kenyan citizen.
  • A graduate from a reputable university.
  • Must have completed studies in a relevant field of study within the past 24 months.
  • Must be below 25 years old.
  • Must be willing to commit their time for the entire period of 12 months.
  • Must have good writing and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated good character, creativity, honesty, positive attitude, and ability to learn.
  • PIK Sponsorship alumni or those who can demonstrate the impact of Plan’s community development work at their homes are encouraged to apply.

  • Send an updated CV of not more than 2 pages including 3 (three) relevant referees and their contact details.
  • A one-page cover letter.

Background checks
Selected candidates will be required to go through background checks which will include obtaining a clean certificate of good conduct & Anti-terrorism screening before reporting.

Closing date: The advert will close on 29th September 2022, and only applications that meet the requirements will be considered for the next recruitment process.
