Community HIV Services Nurse – Bulawayo and Chitungwiza

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Nursing AND registered as a Registered General Nurse with the Nurses Council of Zimbabwe; At least 3 years experience in the clinical management of HIV and TB/HIV at the public health facility level; Completed course in Advanced HIV and AIDS Management preferred; Experience in HIV and TB/HIV leadership role at facility level (nurse in charge, focal person) within MOHCC or the NGO technical assistance environment; Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), and online collaboration technologies. Clean Class 3 or Class 4 Driver’s License. Ability (or willingness to learn) to ride a motorcycle.

Certificate in Primary Care Nursing AND registered as a PCN with the Nurses Council of Zimbabwe; At least 3 years experience in the clinical management of HIV, TB, and TB/HIV at the public health facility level; Experience in providing community-level health services; Completed course in Advanced HIV and AIDS Managed preferred; Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), and online collaboration technologies; Ability (or willingness to learn) to ride a motorcycle

Provincial Manager

Person Specification.

•A degree in medicine (MBChB degree or equivalent); 

•Postgraduate qualifications in public health, management, or related field; 

•Additional qualification in monitoring and evaluation, data management and analysis will be an added advantage; 

•At least 2 years experience working within the MoHCC structures at district or provincial levels (DMO or PMNCHO); 

•At least 3 years of Experience within USAID/PEPFAR funded programs, and a minimum one-year team management experience in such programs; 

•Experience in HIV management and HIV Care and Treatment programs and in-depth knowledge of national ART guidelines; 

•Experience in strategic data management, analysis and use.
