Administration Officer
Role Responsibilities
- Management of rostering for all staff in the Care Community
- Assisting with the processing of fortnightly staff payroll
- Accounts payable and receivable processing, petty cash, and invoicing
- Assisting with client services and general inquiries
- Assistance with recruitment processes including drafting employment contracts
- Reception and other administration duties where required

Collections Officer
About You
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar roles
- Diploma in Accounting essential
- Bachelor’s degree qualifications in a business or finance-related discipline are desirable
- Specific qualifications/experience in credit management is essential
- Knowledge of the aged care industry and regulations is highly desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and quality focus and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Experience in working in a highly regulated environment is advantageous
- Minimum intermediate-level Excel skills is essential

Customer Service Officer
What we expect from you?
- 1 years’ minimum experience in a similar Customer Service role
- Relevant qualification or equivalent competencies in Customer Service, Database Qualifications, Accounts Receivables
- Outstanding Customer Service & Communication skills
- Demonstrated intermediate skills in the use of Microsoft Excel (V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- The ability to deliver high volume processes and queries in a timely manner
- An outgoing, vibrant can do attitude with the ability to work well on a close team environment
- Strong computer skills with strong ability to interpret & analyze data
- Excellent attention to detail
