Administration Officer

Role Responsibilities

  • Management of rostering for all staff in the Care Community
  • Assisting with the processing of fortnightly staff payroll
  • Accounts payable and receivable processing, petty cash, and invoicing
  • Assisting with client services and general inquiries
  • Assistance with recruitment processes including drafting employment contracts
  • Reception and other administration duties where required

    About You

    • Minimum 3 years experience in similar roles
    • Diploma in Accounting essential
    • Bachelor’s degree qualifications in a business or finance-related discipline are desirable
    • Specific qualifications/experience in credit management is essential
    • Knowledge of the aged care industry and regulations is highly desirable
    • Excellent attention to detail and quality focus and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
    • Experience in working in a highly regulated environment is advantageous
    • Minimum intermediate-level Excel skills is essential
