Reporting to the Senior Nursing Officer, the successful candidate will provide basic nursing care to clients in the paraplegic unit, other dormitories, and the clinic

Key Outputs

  • Provide basic nursing care to all patients admitted at the Centre
  • Dump dust the dormitories and carbolize beds and equipment to maintain a safe environment for patients
  • Prepare dressing packs for auto craving
  • Process admission and discharge
  • Monitor patient’s progress and report
  • Linen management – sluice disinfect record linen and take it to laundry and receive it back
  • Keep departmental records
QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS
  • Nurse Aide certificate or equivalent
  • 5 O Levels including English Language and Mathematics
  • At least 1-year experience in a hospital environment
