The incumbent will be responsible to the Area Business Manager.

Basic Function

Responsible for coordinating Exchange area activities to maximize Client experience acquisition, churn reduction and business profitability through efficient and effective maintenance of network elements.

Major activities of the job

•Identifies current and prospective sales opportunities on existing, new markets and develops sales forecasts, financial objectives and business plans for the Exchange area.
•Maintains access network elements and attends to faults in the shortest possible time ensuring that installation standards are maintained.
•Analyzes competitor activities within the Exchange area and recommend counter-strategies to the Area Business Manager.
•Enhances TelOne brand visibility through exhibitions, presentations and participation in social events within the Exchange area.
•Adopts lean management practices for corrective and preventive maintenance tasks taken to address customer complaints within the Exchange area.
•Forecasts annual Exchange area revenue and costs as input for the Region’s annual budget.
•Coordinates Sales, Debt Collection and network maintenance operational aspects of the Exchange area to achieve high productivity levels.
•Analyses post bill reports assessing the impact of sales initiatives/strategies towards exchange area business growth.
•Identifies training needs requirements for staff as and when necessary.
•Nurtures a desirable work culture conducive to high productivity at the workplace.
•Attends to staff welfare issues/grievances and proffer solutions or mitigations within the prescribed timelines.
•Identify areas for Customer Financed Projects and work with the Area Business Manager to engage residents, develop and implement an appropriate solution for the community.

Qualifications and Experience

•A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Studies, Economics or Marketing.

The Incumbent will be responsible to the Client Relations Associate

Basic Function

Processes financial transactions for TelOne products and services through receipting cash, issuing receipts and maintenance of accurate filing system to ensure that all records are secured in line with the company’s policies and procedures.

Major Activities of the Job

•Receipt cash received from clients and ensure it is accounted for at the end of the day.
•Submit balance books and remit cash to the Client Relations Associate at the close of each business day for banking.
•Conducts after-sales service through calls.
•Offers client education and product support and provides solutions in the quest of achieving client retention.
•Declares any counter surpluses and shortages to the supervisor.
•Reconciles total receipts against remittance done for each day.
•Maintain all work tools, equipment and personal protective devices in good working order.
•Follow established health and safety policies and procedures.
•Complete all related tasks as and when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

Southern Region, Business Performance Supervisor – Billing & Receivables, Bulawayo (Grade C5)

The incumbent will be responsible to Area Business Manager.

Basic Function

Coordinates effective and efficient collection strategies, processing designated payments received, maintain computerized and manual payment systems and managing revenue leakage.

Major Activities of the Job

•Manage revenue leakage by monitoring and evaluating banking hall activities.
•Analyse and approve all RTGS payments for the district and ensure receipting on daily basis.
• Assume responsibility for the collection, control and administration of monies due from specified clients
•Monitor, evaluate and record transactions on a daily basis to enable efficient follow up of any accounts and diarise all communications with clients/debtors.
•Engage Client Services on disputed invoices and ensure that the queries are promptly solved and payment received.
•Negotiate payment plans, SSB and Pensions deductions, set off arrangements and barter deals with clients.

Basic Function

Responsible for providing financial, accounting, administrative and staff welfare in order to ensure effective and efficient administrative operations for the
Harare region.

Major Activities of the Job

•Prepare purchase orders and requisitions for materials and tools requirements when necessary.
•Prepare payment, record and submit expenditure vouchers for payment.
•Monitor approved budget and virement funds after consultations with the Regional Manager – Harare.

Basic Function

Major Activities of the Job

•Monitor and generate revenue trends of corporate clients by analysing the key accounts.
•Analyse Corporate Clients’ usage to determine the demand for voice, broadband and Satellite services in different locations and avail optimum network elements and capacity.
•Delivers responsive, proactive and professional correspondences related to any account functionality including billing, service activation, or escalation of technical support.
•Analyse service usage trends in order to assess network capacity adequacy on a continuous basis
•Work with Network Planning in the installation and commissioning of new technologies/network elements to address identified corporate clients’ needs on a
continuous basis.
•Deliver ongoing market analysis and assessment of competitor and market intelligence with a focus on the future and value creation
