ABLE SEAMAN / QUARTER MASTER
QUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience)
• MUST BE over 18 years of age;
• STCW95 “Basic Training” (Basic Fire Fighting, Personal Survival Techniques, Elementary First Aid, PSSR), “ Watchkeeping Certificate” Reg.II/4 and “Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boat” are compulsory;
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
• School-leaving certificate;
• At least 2 years of experience in the deck department and minimum 1 year of experience as Quarter Master/helmsman;
• Minimum knowledge of PC

FIRST DECK OFFICER
QUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience)
• Fluent in English, oral and written. Any additional language is considered an advantage;
• Certificate of Competency IMO STCW Cap II/2;
• Satisfy the requirements of the laws of the Flag State of the ship regarding health & physical requirements;
• Extensive Successful Experience in a similar position with another Cruise Line;
• Basic Windows-based programs knowledge;
• Sound supervisory skills;
