WHAT YOU NEED IS:
- Completed degree/diploma preferred but not compulsory (Civil engineering or related discipline is preferred)
- Work experience in the construction / civil industry is advantageous
- Proven track record in a direct-sales /technical sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven learning agility, with a strong drive to consistently meet performance targets
- An agile approach to solving problems, with a solution-oriented mind-set
- Strong business acumen, with a team orientated attitude
- Willingness to go the extra mile
