WHAT YOU NEED IS:

 

  • Completed degree/diploma preferred but not compulsory (Civil engineering or related discipline is preferred)
  • Work experience in the construction / civil industry is advantageous
  • Proven track record in a direct-sales /technical sales role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven learning agility, with a strong drive to consistently meet performance targets
  • An agile approach to solving problems, with a solution-oriented mind-set
  • Strong business acumen, with a team orientated attitude
  • Willingness to go the extra mile
