Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience (including 3+ years of line management experience) in business administration, project management transformation, change management, strategy consulting, or internal corporate strategy.
Knowledge and experience working within the health sector; experience working in Zimbabwe preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high-volume workflow as well as work effectively in teams.
Proven track record of producing high quality project deliverables on time and according to budget.
Experience with NGO-led, donor funded awards; experience managing a USAID cooperative agreement preferred.
Demonstrated ability to create and maintain effective working relations with host country government personnel, stakeholders, NGO partners, and international donor agencies.
Must be a citizen or current legal resident of Zimbabwe.
Must be fluent in English and local languages, with strong interpersonal, writing and oral presentation skills in English.

Relevant computer software skills, including at a minimum, MS Office.

Technical Lead (Zimbabwe)

Qualifications

Master’s Degree or higher in medicine, public health, health management, social science, or a related field required.
10+ years’ experience designing, implementing, and managing large, complex health service delivery projects involving multiple partners in or for developing countries.
At least three years of progressively responsible supervisory work experience that involved direct leadership of professional and support staff, oversight and evaluation of staff performance and deliverables, and contract/grant management.
Demonstrated leadership qualities, with accompanying depth and breadth of technical and management expertise.
Demonstrated knowledge of USAID programs, regulations, compliance and reporting requirements. Management experience with a USG cooperative agreement preferred.
Demonstrated ability to create and maintain effective working relations with host country government personnel, stakeholders, NGO partners, and international donor agencies.

Demonstrated excellence in clinical training skills
Experience clinical care in different levels of the health system
