The Brief

Mukumba Brothers (Pvt) Ltd is recruiting physically and mentally capable, honest and smart males & females to train as
conductors/coach hosts.
Job Responsibilities:
Collecting of bus fares,
Issuing tickets,
helping passengers with luggage,
advising on destinations and
ensuring the safety of passengers.
Qualifications
At least 5 (Five) Ordinary Level passes with grade C or better
Passes including Mathematics and English Language carry an added advantage
Have no criminal record
Good customer care skills
Be smart and presentable and exhibit an excellent degree of self-confidence
Be able to work with the public
Be able to handle pressure with superior attention to monetary values
Be smart, presentable and a good communicator with marketing and public relations skills.
Be aged between 25 and 35 years
