Overview
The purpose of the role is to be a Supply Chain Learner and gain entry level experience.
Role Responsibilities
As a Learner – Supply Chain, you would learn to:
-
- Loading Suppliers and vendor management
- Creating Purchase orders
- Assisting with RFP and RFQ process
- Assist with the tracking of Spend Justifications
- Management of invoices and purchase orders
- Ad hoc projects as required to increase efficiency within the department
- Build good supplier relationships in respect to invoice processing and payment items.
- Ensure all filing of supporting documentation are done immediately, accurately and securely in line with group policy requirements
- Assist with audit requests
- Monthly reports
Requirements for the Role
To succeed in the role, you will have:
- Supply Chain / Accounting Bcom Degree
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite
