Grindrod Limited has an opportunity available for 12 graduates to be placed in the Finance, IT, Commercial, Operations, Engineering, and Logistics departments/divisions.

Online and blended learning will be provided in areas identified for development. The graduate programme is 12 months in duration, after which we aim to absorb graduates into permanent positions.

A degree is essential, and candidates must possess skills to embrace real-world challenges — innovative thinkers, energised and passionate about delivering out-of-the-box solutions for a smarter and more sustainable future. We are looking for team players with leadership potential, ambition, excellent writing and communication skills and a concern for the communities in which we operate. Applicants must be citizens of the Republic of South Africa, unemployed, and under the age of 30.
