DJ Fresh Rape Scandal… Victim’s Family Calls Him A Liar In Public
Despite getting the ra.pe allegations against him dismissed, it seems DJ Fresh still has to deal with the aftermath of the scandal.
DJ Fresh will certainly not be getting a day in court to stand trial for ra.pe charges ,but he seems to have the court of public opinion to contend with.
Even with the case over before it even began, DJ Fresh is still professing his innocence to anyone who will listen.
The public is divided on whether the victim was speaking the truth or she made up the accusations and DJ Fresh has maintained that he doesn’t know his accuser nor has he ever met her.
DJ Fresh claimed that one of the victim’s aunts had called him, confirming that her niece was a pathological liar, who made accusations against him.
The victim’s family, identified as the Madikizela’s have refuted DJ Fresh’s claims that one of their own was in touch with him.

MADIKIZELA FAMILY STATEMENT IN RELATION TO FALSE CLAIMS MADE ON SOCIAL MEDIA BY DJ FRESH (THATO SIKWANE)
The Madikizela family has taken note of the recent social media post by DJ Fresh making extremely dangerous claims about a family member who called him three weeks ago to discuss the recent rap.e allegations against him informing him that the victim our daughter is a pathological liar.
The Madikizela family wants to make it absolutely clear that at NO point did ANY family member call DJ Fresh to state such. The Madikizela family is distressed at these false claims and rejects these with contempt. This is a clear example of slander and defamation of character to damage our daughter’s reputation, character and integrity.
We salute our daughter’s courage to stand up for herself and in doing so for the thousands of rape victims and survivors that are afraid to speak up and report rape and sexual assault in this country. We will not sit back and allow the launch of a smear campaign and the public character assassination of our daughter in the attempt to hide from the glaring ugly truth.
We call on DJ Fresh to retract his false claims immediately. Alternatively he must publish the name of the relative referred to the above as it is of great interest and importance to us as a family. He cannot be this naïve to think that he can publish such malicious allegation about our daughter and still have the privilege of hiding his source.
Using narcissistic tactics to fight your case. Those days are gone. The movement against the abuse of women and rape continues, and we are fully behind it.
